Degradation of 3DS transaction flow

Transaction approval rates are back to normal. Our partners also reported the same. This issue is now resolved

All systems in Pleo are operational. We believe the issue is with external infra. We are working with our partners to identify the root cause. But. we are seeing an improvement in approval rates of the transactions since past 1 hour. We will keep monitoring and update as necessary

We've still investigating the elevated error rates in our transactions related to 3DS flows. We will post further information here as we receive it.

We've spotted that transaction declines after 3DS has seen a spike. We're currently investigating the issue, and will provide an update soon.
