Service Disruption within Resident Orders and Medical Diagnosis

Teams are currently investigating a service disruption to the Orders and Med Diag tabs on resident profiles starting at 9pm EST. We are actively working to resolve the issue and will send an update once the issue has been resolved.

Teams have identified the root cause and we are moving up our regular deployment to begin between 12:30 AM EST - 1:00 AM EST. The software update will require up to 2 hours of outage.

The early deployment should resolve the issue and we will monitor the performance of the system after the deployment completes.
