Outage Details

We are currently investigating an issue that caused increased latency across the Primer Dashboard and webhook services. As a result, webhook delivery to merchant systems was delayed, this now has started to recover. We will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available.

Dashboard access and webhook processing have recovered and are now operating as expected. This issue also impacted GET requests to the Search and List Payments endpoint, which is now also functioning normally.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely.
