Delays in Webhook Delivery

We have identified the root cause of the webhook delivery delays.

Our engineering team has implemented mitigations and is monitoring the system closely to ensure webhook latency returns to normal levels.

We will continue to monitor performance and provide another update once all systems have fully recovered.

We are currently investigating an issue causing delays in the delivery of webhooks. Some customers may experience increased latency in receiving webhook notifications related to transaction updates, payment authorizations, and workflow events.
