We are currently investigating an issue affecting Strata Logging Service
Status: Investigating
Severity: Degraded
Affected Locations: Doha
Customer Impact: SLS customers in the UAE region may be experiencing degraded performance when accessing SLS logs, PANOS FWs will intermittently disconnect, and there will be a delay in log processing.
We are continuing to work closely with our cloud provider to restore the affected services and resolve the networking issues in the UAE region. We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.
