Issues processing data

Our data center provider identified the root cause of the issue and has implemented a permanent fix. All services are now operating normally, and no further impact is expected. We will continue to monitor closely.

We’ve identified network issues at our provider in Falkenstein as the cause. As a temporary workaround, we have re-routed traffic away from that datacenter to keep the network stable while we await resolution from our provider.

We’ve been working to identify the cause of the current issue and have determined that it requires assistance from our network team in another time zone. We’re coordinating with them, and work will continue as soon as they are available. We’ll share another update as soon as we have more news.
