Proofpoint has observed considerable improvements in stability of report generation after the software patch applied in the evening of December 4th. While we are still seeing reports intermittently missing user properties. This is the minority of cases and the vast majority of customers are getting complete data. Given the improvements, the system status is being returned to operational.
