The root cause of the US Central outage has been identified. All services are recovering but there are still isolated failures. PROS team is working closely with our partners to resolve the remaining issues.
We have identified the issue caused by some of our cloud infrastructure components, and are working to mitigate the issue. Some services have been already successfully restored and we will verify full restoration as each respective service comes back online.
