BT have confirmed that the fault proved to be a bend in fibre cable at the Mile end of the line. This has been rectified and services have remained stable.

Whilst no official update from BT has been received as of yet, Pulsant engineers are observing connections returning. The Pulsant hostlink to BT is back up with number of sessions connections increasing,

A field engineer is currently on site at Upton Park performing investigations. In parallel; Precision Test Officer s are en-route to both Upton Park & Stepney Green.

. The root cause is suspected to be a fibre fault at this stage. Estimated time of restoration not yet known. Next update will be issued upon a significant development
