A Fix has been implemented and a cable has been patched at Telehouse west.
Service has now restored. We will continue to monitor this and update if any further issues are experienced.
We are currently investigating a potential fibre line fault between third party Data Centres, IXN LON1 and Telehouse West,
Cases have been raised with providers and we will provide updates as and when we receive them.
