Some customers may be experiencing not being able to log on to Puzzel applications and a delay in emails being sent to Puzzel Case Management.

Puzzel engineers are continuing to investigate the issue causing some customers to experience not being able to log on to Puzzel applications. We have not identified any issues within the Puzzel network so far, but our investigation is ongoing.

Regarding the email delay in Puzzel Case Management (PCM), our engineers have identified the cause and are actively working to resolve it.

Puzzel engineers are continuing to investigate the issue causing some customers to experience not being able to log on to Puzzel applications. We have still not identified any issues within the Puzzel network so far, but our investigation is ongoing.

Regarding the email delay in Puzzel Case Management (PCM), our engineers have confirmed that the incident is resolved, and both inbound and outbound emails are now being routed as normal.

Puzzel engineers are continuing to investigate the issue causing some customers to experience not being able to log on to Puzzel applications. At present, no cause for the issues have been identified within the Puzzel network. Our investigation indicates that the cause may be related to a wider Internet issue. A priority ticket has been raised with our Internet Service Provider for further investigation.

Updates will be provided every 60 minutes until the incident is resolved.

Our ISP has confirmed an incident affecting their network, which is impacting Puzzel services for some customers. They are working to resolve the issue with priority.
