Qualys Cloud Platform Operations team has implemented a fix, and we are currently monitoring the results. We have confirmed that new WAS Scans are completing successfully. Users need to relaunch any scans that are currently showing an error status.
Additionally, the issue with EDR/EPP and CS Qscanner downloads has been fully resolved following the implementation of the fix. We will continue to monitor the results.

The Qualys Cloud Platform Operations team is currently investigating an issue where all WAS scans are going into scanner not available state due to connectivity issues.
EDR/EPP get impacted when user upload the chunks using CASK & if any new subscription onboard EDR/EPP, the user will not be able to download the chunks.
Also, CS QScanner binary download fails when user attempt to download the QScanner build.
