US Platform 1 and US Platform 3: connectivity issues observed (IM-12203)

Qualys Cloud Platform Operations is investigating an issue on the Qualys US Platform 1 and US Platform 3. Some functionality for the following apps might be impacted - CAR (CAR script count), Portal, PM (Deployment job flow), CAS, CMS (Cluster based and qscanner sensors, Vuln scanning), Alerting, Reporting, Audit-log, SEM (Updated values will not reflect on UI), PCRS (generating PCRS reports), NPS, FIM, OCA, EDR (flink services, forensic data flow) and QGS.
We will provide further updates as they become available.
