Qualys Cloud Platform Operations is investigating an issue on US Platform 3. Some functionality for the following applications might be impacted - CAR (CAR script count), Portal, PM (Deployment job flow), CAS, CMS (Cluster based and qscanner sensors, Vuln scanning), Alerting, Reporting, Audit-log, SEM (Updated values will not reflect on UI), PCRS (generating PCRS reports), NPS, FIM, OCA, EDR (flink services, forensic data flow) and QGS. We will provide further updates as they become available. The incident ticket for reference is IM-12211.

Interim Update - Qualys Cloud Platform Operations were able to identify that there were Cluster Nodes failures and fix has been applied, currently it is in process of recovery. We will keep you posted with further progress.

Following services are impacted due to it.
