Outage Details

Qualys Cloud Platform Operations team is investigating an issue on the Qualys US Platform 3, due to which customers may experience slowness while logging in to the Qualys UI. There is no impact on scan processing and APIs at this time. We have a workaround available, and users can access scans through the following URL below: https://qualysguard.qg3.apps.qualys.com/fo/scan/scanList.php Further updates will be shared as they become available The ticket reference for this incident is IM-12318
