Qualys Cloud Operations is currently investigating an issue that is preventing cloud agents activated for Patch Management from launching existing and newly created On-Demand and Scheduled jobs. We have observed that the associated patch manifests are not being assigned to the cloud agent systems applied to the jobs thus impacting users patch deployments. Further updates will be shared as they become available. The ticket reference for this incident is IM-12377.
