Qualys Cloud Platform Operations has identified an issue affecting a subset of Amazon EC2 instances running Cloud Agent for Windows version 6.3. Only where EC2 Instance Metadata Service (IMDS) tags are failing to be retrieved. As a result, vulnerability scan results for these particular instances will not be processed. No other agent versions, operating systems, or environments are impacted. The issue has been identified, and a fix is currently being implemented. Ticket reference for this activity: IM-12435

Qualys Cloud Platform Operations has identified an issue affecting a subset of Amazon EC2 instances running Cloud Agent for Windows version 6.3.
