We have determined root cause and are currently working on a hot fix. The hot fix will address Linux Cloud Agents currently impacted. For non-Linux cloud agent hosts, the solution previously provided to save the configuration profile without any changes is still valid.

Update! The workaround provided will resolve the pending configuration download messages seen for cloud agents installed on Non-Linux operating systems. We are still observing no change in profile status in the UI post configuration updates for Linux based Cloud Agents. A fix is currently being discussed. Further updates will be shared as they become available.

Qualys Cloud Operations has identified this issue to be cosmetic. Cloud Agents currently displaying a pending download status in the Cloud Agent UI have downloaded the configuration profiles on the platform. All agent activities are operational. Further improvements are currently being discussed. As a workaround, to clear the pending messages, users can open the configuration profiles in edit mode and save the profile within without making any changes.
