Qualys EU Platform 1 experienced approximately 3.4 hours of degraded performance affecting Vulnerability Management, Web Application Scanning, and Connector Centralization modules. Users experienced connectors stuck in "Synchronizing," WAS jobs stuck in a Running state, and newly created users failing to synchronize. A fix was implemented and the incident was fully resolved within roughly an hour of identification.
