Issues with Azure Impacting accessing CPOMS systems

We are currently experiencing intermittent access issues following a Microsoft Azure outage. Access to our systems is being restored; however, some users may still encounter difficulties.

If you experience problems signing in, we recommend clearing your browser cookies and cache before retrying.

We are continuing to monitor Azure’s recovery and will update this page to Normal Service once Microsoft confirms the incident has been fully resolved.

Whilst we track the progress of Azure's recovery efforts we are monitoring services in the UK. Services are available for most customers at this time but Azure have estimated 23:20UTC for full recovery. We will move to Normal Service status once Azure are assured that they are stable.
