We are aware that Raptor users are currently experiencing a service interruption. Raptor Engineering has confirmed that the issue is related to a broader Microsoft Azure outage that is affecting multiple cloud services, including those supporting the Raptor platform.
Microsoft has reported that they are continuing to recover affected nodes and anticipate full mitigation within the next four hours, by approximately 23:20 UTC on 29 October 2025. They have committed to providing another update on their progress within two hours, or sooner if warranted.
Our Engineering and Operations teams are closely monitoring Azure’s recovery efforts and will take all necessary steps to ensure Raptor services are fully restored as soon as possible once the underlying issue is resolved.
