We are aware of an ongoing issue with double add-to-cart events in Smart Cart that we reported on last week, which may still be affecting some users. Our team is actively investigating this further to find a permanent solution. In the meantime, we have identified a temporary workaround that can be implemented within your Smart Cart settings. If you're experiencing double add-to-cart events when adding a single product to your cart, please follow the steps below based on your version of Smart Cart: For New Carts (v2): 1. Go to your Smart Cart. 2. Click "Global Settings" at the bottom of the page. 3. Locate the "Product Form Submission Behavior" setting and change it to "Disabled (Smart Cart does not manage)." 4. Refresh your product page and test to confirm the issue is resolved. For Legacy Smart Carts: 1. Go to your Smart Cart. 2. Scroll down to find the "Product Form Redirect" setting and change it to "Disabled (Smart Cart does not manage)." 3. Refresh your product page and test to confirm the issue is resolved.
