We are investigating an issue affecting some users that causes a 500 error when launching Imaging from contact records within the CRM. As a result, some users may be unable to access Imaging through CRM single sign-on. This issue is limited to launching Imaging from CRM contact records, and users can continue to access Imaging directly as a workaround.
Our teams are actively working to identify the cause and restore functionality as quickly as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and will provide additional updates as more information becomes available.
