We are aware some customers may continue to experience some specific issues with AN360 functionality.
The following is the latest update:
• Total Connect 2.0 is now fully operational
• As previously communicated, the following services are fully operational:
o Alarm signaling services
o Newer platform devices that are configurable through AN360; (ProSeries panels, VISTA H series)
• AN360 is still experiencing issues with configuring legacy devices and/or video-only accounts
We will continue to provide updates until full functionality is restored.

We are aware our customers may still be experiencing issues with AlarmNet services.
The following is the latest update:
• The following AlarmNet services are now fully operational:
o Alarm signaling services
o Newer platform devices that are configurable through AN360; (ProSeries panels, VISTA H series)
• AlarmNet 360 is still experiencing issues with the following:
o Some customers configuring legacy devices and/or video-only accounts may still be experiencing issues in AN360.
• TC2 is still experiencing some notification delays with legacy systems, i.e., some VISTA communicators, LYNX, and Lyric.
Regular updates shall be provided until all services have been fully restored.
We understand the criticality of the issues being experienced by our customers and are working with urgency to restore full functionality.
We apologize for this disruption of services.
We are aware our customers are experiencing issues with AlarmNet services and TC2.
The following is the latest update:
• An internal review confirmed this issue was not the result of any security breach or malicious activity.
• AlarmNet services are showing recovery, and our team is still actively working to restore full system stability.
• Users may be experiencing login delays on TC2 App, web portal & AN360 website with alarm signaling latency.
• Regular updates shall be provided until all services have fully restored.
We understand the criticality of the issues being experienced by our customers and are working with urgency to restore full functionality.
