Outage Details

We are currently investigating an issue with our multi-factor authentication system DUO. Some users are unable to receive phone calls or SMS messages to authenticate, reporting the error "Unable to send SMS to the specific phone number." The result is that login is not possible. Our engineers are working with DUO engineers to identify the cause and work on a resolution. Please see https://status.duo.com/ for more information.

DUO has identified the issue causing Admin Panel login, Device Management Portal, Risk-based Authentication, and SMS/Phone Call delivery failures across all deployments and are working to deploy a fix.
