Transaction Pro Import Errors

We are investigating reports of delayed import processing and intermittent import errors affecting some Transaction Pro Online customers importing data into QuickBooks Online. Customers may experience imports taking significantly longer than expected to complete, delayed completion notifications, or errors during the import validation process. Some users are seeing success by switching to classic mode via the toggle switch in the top-right corner of the Transaction Pro Online page. We are continuing to investigate and will provide updates here as more information becomes available.
