A portion of customers may experience a blank screen when logging into the Web, Desktop, and Mobile Applications. RingCentral Operations teams are continuing to investigate the issue.  As a workaround, please log out of the application, clear web browser cache and cookies and fully close and re-launch your web browser. The next update will be sent in the morning of August 30th, or when more information becomes available. If you are still experiencing this issue, please reach out to customer care.
