A portion of customers may be unable to receive inbound call notifications on mobile applications. RingCentral Operations teams have taken actions to mitigate this issue and are monitoring for stability. The next update will be provided in the afternoon of Friday, September 1st, or when there is a significant change in status. If you are still experiencing this issue, please contact Customer Care.

RingCentral Operations teams are working to resolve the issue. As a workaround, users experiencing this issue can logout and log back in to mitigate the issue. Teams are continuing to monitor the issue and the next update will be provided in the morning of Friday, September 1st, or when there is a significant change in status.
