RingCentral Contact Center teams have completed the corrective actions to restore service and internal testing suggests the issue has cleared. We are continuing to monitor the issue for stability. Please log out of the application, clear web browser cache and cookies and fully close and re-launch your web browser. If you are still experiencing this issue, please reach out to customer care. The next update will be provided in 4 hours or when a significant change in status occurs.
