Riskified Outage History

Riskified experienced degraded performance affecting order reviews and notifications due to a cloud provider outage. The incident lasted 1.7 hours before the service was fully restored. Order decisions and notifications returned to normal functionality once the availability issues with the Control Center were resolved.

Riskified experienced a 54-minute outage affecting reset password email delivery to certain receiving domains due to DNS and email authentication record issues. The team worked with DNS and email service providers to correct the configuration problems. The issue was resolved and outbound emails are now being delivered normally.

Riskified's Control Center experienced an issue where the "reset password" button failed to appear after users requested password resets. Users were unable to complete password reset processes through the normal self-service flow and required manual assistance from support. The incident was resolved after 1.5 hours.
