Outage Details

We've identified an issue on triggering new runs in the system since 2022-02-14 11:45 UTC aprx. We've found out the solution and provided a fix on 2022-02-14 12:05 UTC aprx. We currently monitoring the case and see if we can recover any run that already triggered at that time. All runs that triggered and got stuck might not be run at all, and we advise to cancel it and rerun it. We apologies for the inconvenience and make sure it won't happen again.

The issue is resolved.
Unfortunately, we couldn't find any proper way to re-trigger the lost runs. As mentioned, we advise to cancel the waiting runs and rerun it again manually or by using an API request. All new runs, since 2022-02-14 12:05 UTC aprx. should be triggered properly and the system is running as expected.
