Ryft's Payments API experienced elevated errors between 14:15-14:40 UTC on March 13th, 2026, causing payment processing issues and delayed webhooks for affected transactions. While the API returned to normal operation shortly after the initial incident window, the full restoration of impacted payments and transactions took approximately 93 hours to complete. All affected payments were ultimately restored and made visible in the dashboard by March 17th.
The incident has now been resolved. All impacted payments have been restored and should be visible within the dashboard.

The majority of impacted transactions have now been rectified.
The team will continue to monitor throughout the next 48 hours and provide updates once we consider the issue fully resolved.

Please be aware that due to the nature of the errors, webhooks for the impact payments will be delayed.
