The issue is resolved and the Pegg chatbot is available and performing as expected for all the products.

We identified that the Peg Chatbot is showing blank for customers from the UK using My Sage and for customers from South Africa using SBCA ZA Payroll and Sage Business Cloud Payroll Professional. The Pegg Chatbot is working fine for the rest of the products. No customers have reported the issue.
We have identified the cause of the issue and we are working on a fix.
