Les autorités fiscales françaises responsables de cet incident, ainsi que leur équipe du service de l’annuaire PPF, ont confirmé que le problème est désormais résolu et que le service est disponible et fonctionne comme prévu. Le portail de facturation électronique est maintenant accessible.

Le service fonctionne comme prévu. Éviter toute récurrence est notre priorité, alors que nous surveillons le service de près.

The French tax authorities responsible for this incident and their PPF Directory service team have confirmed that the issue is now resolved, and the service is available and performing as expected. The E-Invoicing Portal is now available.

Nous restons activement engagés avec les autorités fiscales françaises responsables de cet incident et de leur service d’annuaire PPF, qui travaillent actuellement sur une solution.
En attendant leurs mises à jour, et en raison de l’incident en cours du côté de l’équipe Annuaire du PPF, nous avons temporairement désactivé le Portail de Facturation Électronique. Par conséquent, l’intégration de nouveaux clients au PPF (Portail Public de Facturation) n’est actuellement pas possible.
Nous vous remercions de votre patience et vous tiendrons informés dès que le problème sera résolu.

We remain actively engaged with the French tax authorities responsible for this incident and their PPF Directory service, who is currently working on a fix.
In the meantime, and due to the ongoing incident on the PPF Directory team side, we have temporarily disabled the E-Invoicing Portal. As a result, onboarding new customers to the PPF (Portail Public de Facturation) is currently not possible.

Nous avons identifié un problème en France empêchant les clients utilisant les produits/services ci-dessous de s'intégrer à la solution française de facturation électronique.
Les clients reçoivent un message d’erreur: "Impossible de compléter l'inscription"
Certains utilisateurs rencontrent des difficultés lors de l’inscription. Nous travaillons activement à résoudre ce problème. Merci pour votre patience et votre confiance.

Customers are being presented with an error message: "Unable to complete the registration".
