The incident impacted UK customers' ability to connect bank feeds and interact with banking features across multiple Sage products including Business Cloud Accounting, Sole Trader, Sage 50 UK, Sage Intacct, and Sage 200 UK. The issue was resolved when the third-party banking provider (Lloyd's Bank) fixed the problem on their end.
