Outage Details
We have identified an issue with the French Service Cloud, where customers were unable to upload files using SFTP to their services. All other product functionality was working as expected.
Products affected were:
Sage X3 Hosted (FR)
Sage FRP1000 (FR)
Sage XRT Business Exchange (FR)
SXA (Sage XRT Advanced)
The issue is resolved and we are keeping the services under close monitoring.
