The incident is now resolved. We have received the file with the missing transactions from HSBC Canada and we can confirm that all transactions from January 6th are included.
No further communications will be sent.
IDENTIFIED

We identified an issue preventing Bank HSBC Canada customers from receiving their transactions. As a result, a proportion of customers using Bank HSBC Canada will experience delays getting their transactions from the 6th of January.
We are engaged with our third-party Bank HSBC Canada to resolve this issue.
