Sage 50 UK DDM – GoCardless - Major Outage

The issue is resolved and the service is available and performing as expected.
If any customer missed any settlement from GoCardless during this incident (between 17:04 UTC, on December 17th, and 12:00 UTC, on December 19th) please run a resync, to download the missing transactions.

In order to apply a permanent fix, we have temporarily disabled the service. We appreciate your patience and we will let you know as this issue is resolved.

The service is performing as expected. Avoiding a reoccurrence is our priority as we closely monitor the service.

We have identified an issue in the UK preventing customers from downloading settlements with GoCardless in Sage 50 Accounts. Customers are presented with an error message: "Direct Debit Manager cannot process Retrieve mandates".
We are investigating the cause and full extent of the customer impact.
