We have identified an issue with the direct bank feeds file we received from HSBC Canada. As a result, a proportion of customers using the Bank HSBC Canada will experience delays in getting their transactions starting on February 26th. We are engaged with our third-party Bank, HSBC Canada, to resolve this issue. The products/services affected are: -Sage 50 Accounts UKI -Sage 50 Accounts CA -Sage Intacct CA

After analysing connected accounts, it appears accounts had stopped receiving transactions ahead of this incident being identified with our data suggesting the accounts had been closed over the last couple months. If you still use an HSBC Canada account and are expecting transactions please contact support and we will investigate further.
