Nous avons identifié qu’un sous-ensemble de clients en France, en Espagne et en Allemagne ne parvient pas à téléverser des documents dans Sage 50 FR et Sage Active, ou que l’opération prend plus de temps que d’habitude. Les clients reçoivent le message d’erreur suivant : « L’opération a expiré ». Toutes les autres fonctionnalités du produit fonctionnent comme prévu.
Nous enquêtons actuellement sur ce problème.

We identified that a subset of customers in France, Spain and Germany are unable to upload documents to Sage 50 FR and Sage Active, or the operation is taking longer than usual. Customers are being presented with the following error message: "The operation timed out". All other product functionality is working as expected.

We are currently investigating.
