We have identified that a subset of the invoices for customers globally were being picked up as credit notes by AutoEntry. All other product functionality was performing as expected.

The issue is now resolved, and the service is performing as expected. We recommend that customers review all credit notes issued on the 16 and 17th of July and the ones issued on the 18th before 09:00 UTC to ensure that there are no other issues. Please contact your local customer services team if you identify any issues with them.

Avoiding a reoccurrence is our priority as we closely monitor the service.
