Sage Business Cloud Accounting (NA) - Partial Outage

While we continue working on a permanent fix, we kindly ask customers experiencing issues when subscribing through their accountant’s referral to contact Sage Customer Support for assistance. We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue.

We have identified an issue in Canada that is preventing some potential customers from accessing the Sage Business Cloud Accounting NA free trial when referred by their accountant. While the service remains fully available for direct purchase through sage.com and continues to operate normally for existing users, the referral feature is currently not functioning as expected. Customers attempting to access the trial via referral may encounter the error message: “Sorry, there has been an error. The requested item or page was not found.”
We are actively investigating the issue to restore full functionality.
