Nous avons identifié un problème affectant une partie de nos clients en France qui ne parviennent pas à extraire des documents via AP Automation. Ces clients obtiennent un message d'erreur « 5026 » lorsqu'ils tentent d'extraire des documents PDF simples ou des scans. Toutes les autres fonctionnalités du produit fonctionnent normalement.
Nous recherchons actuellement la cause de ce problème.

We have identified an issue impacting a subset of customers in France who are unable to perform document extractions via AP Automation. These customers are encountering a '5026 Error' message when they attempt to extract documents. All other product functionalities are working as expected.

We have identified the cause and are currently working on a resolution.
