The issue is resolved and the service is available and performing as expected. There will be a small subset of customers that will continue to receive their transactions with minor delays, but we will continue to work to rectify this.

We have applied a fix, and customers have started to receive transactions from FNB Bank; however, there will still be a subset of customers who will receive them with a delay.

We continue to work to speed up the transaction synchronisation so all customers will receive their transactions without delays.

We have re-enabled the connection to FNB Bank for new customers to onboard and are working on a fix for the synchronisation issue.

We have identified that customers from South Africa are not receiving transactions from FNB bank. We have also temporary disabled new connections to FNB Bank.

A subset of customers will continue to receive their transactions from FNB Bank with delay.

We continue working on a fix for this issue, and customers will continue to receive their transactions with a delay.

There is a small subset of customers who won´t receive their transactions on the 14th of November, but they will receive them all on the 15th of November.

We have identified an issue preventing a subset of South African customers who operate with the FNB bank from receiving new transactions.

Products affected by this issue include:
SBC Accounting ZA
Sage 50 ZA
Sage 200 Evolution
Sage Intacct.
