We are aware of an issue where some customers cannot use Remote Data Access (RDA) with Sage 50 UKI. The underlying services are working as expected, but there is a subset of customers who are experiencing issues caused by an issue with their software.

We are investigating an issue where customers are seeing the message "Unable to log in as manager is already logged in" and will provide instructions shortly in the support hub on how to resolve it once we identify the cause and troubleshooting steps.
