We have restored company access to almost all companies. There will be a small set of customers who may see that their company access settings are incorrect. This will only affect users who made changes to their company access on Sunday 14th December and the morning of Monday 15th December.

If you are still experiencing access issues, please contact Customer Services.

We have restored company access to almost all companies. There will be a small set of customers who will see that their access will have reverted back to how it was on close of Business on Wednesday the 10th of December. This will affect Invited users, or users that had access removed.

We have applied a fix and have removed the maintenance mode.

There is a subset of customers who made changes to their company access after the 11th of December who will still be unable to see their company data. We are working on a fix for this and expect to resolve this within the next hour

We identified that customers in ZA are unable to use most of the functionalities on the product, as the options appear to be greyed out for the customers.

We have enabled the maintenance mode while we investigate the issue.
