Sage experienced an issue with their Identity Service that affected Single Sign On functionality, specifically impacting multi-factor authentication (MFA) push notifications for iOS users of the Sage Verify app globally. The service was intermittently interrupted for a small subset of customers, with users advised to retry or use the code option instead of push notifications as a workaround. The issue was resolved after approximately 18 days of monitoring and investigation, with the service returning to normal performance.
