We identified an issue affecting a small subset of iOS customers globally using the Sage Verify app, where multi‑factor authentication (MFA) push notification is intermittently interrupted. We are currently investigating.
As a workaround or alternative, customers are encouraged to retry or use the code option from the application instead of using the push notification while we investigate.
