We identified an issue where customers in France are presented with error message "user is not authorized to access this resource with an explicit deny is an identity-based policy" when using Sirene API within all Sage 100 applications (Hosted, SPC and On-premise)
The interim workaround is to disconnect from the service and then reconnect.
