The incident lasted 111.3 hours, during which customers could use a workaround by switching to the Standard list to process payment reversals while all other product functionality remained operational. The issue was identified, fixed, and fully resolved with continued monitoring to prevent reoccurrence.

All other product functionality is performing as expected and as a workaround, customers can turn off the Enhanced lister and process the Posted Payment reversal from the Standard list.
