Due to Bank of APIs unplanned outage, we’d like to inform you that there is an outage to Open Banking services for customers of RBS, NatWest and Ulster Bank who are intermittently unable to view their Credit Card information within Mobile Banking and Online Banking, starting on 10th August from 09:00 BST. The products/services affected are: - Sage Business Cloud Accounting UK - Sage 50 Accounts UK - Sage Intacct UK - Sage Sole Trader - Sage 200 Standard UK - Sage 200 Professional SPC UK During this outage, customers of RBS, NatWest and Ulster Bank are unable to use Services of Mobile Banking and Online Banking. Bank of APIs will be using the time to carry out essential maintenance on their systems that will ensure they continue to provide you and your customers with a reliable service. This incident affects: NatWest Bank - Accounts API (NWB - Accounts API - CreditCard), Royal Bank of Scotland - Accounts API (RBS - Accounts API - CreditCard), and Ulster Bank NI - Accounts API (UBN - Accounts API - CreditCard).
